Since starting my career in personal training in 1990, I have had a wide variety of clients and client goals to work with. Most of my clientele have been individuals looking to lose body fat and gain some lean tissue. In turn, I have come to be very good at working with this particular client base. However, I enjoy working with all types of clients and their goals.
I have spent quite a bit of time working with athletes, from competitive to recreational. On the other hand, I have worked with special populations, elderly individuals, and pre-natal women.
As diverse as my background has become, there is always something new and exciting to learn about the human body.
