"Back in January of 2000 my dad passed away unexpectedly. Following his passing I moved back to Minnesota from Phoenix, AZ. It was still winter when I moved. After spending a couple of months on the couch not getting any exercise and eating poorly I knew it was time for a change.
I met Trevor Hoha and he changed my life. You are only on this earth for a very short time and you need to make the most of it. Exercise and nutrition must be part of your life and that is what Trevor taught me.
