This is an interesting look at what could happen to souls whose journey is interrupted. I picked up Everlost because I was captivated by Shusterman’s book Unwind. And eeverlost the pacing of the story felt similar to Unwind to me. Eventually, Allie decided to go her own way and convinced Nick and Lief to come with her.

Wow, this one took me by surprise. What is the feeling of being stucked in a miserable place? I’ve even caught myself thinking randomly if I’d be satisfied spending eternity wearing the outfit I picked for the day lmao.

Allie is accompanied by the reformed Mikey, the fearful monster “The McGill” who has been terrorizing Everlost for 30 years.
Overall, the issue is simply shustermaan Nick and Allie both wanted a place to be where they felt they belonged. Many of the kids have been around for hundreds of years, including Mary, who has written books on how to survive in Everlost.
I was also a bit surprised by what happens to Leif, but it definitely makes sense and I’m glad it happened. This is a fun young adult story with plenty of excitement and danger.
It’s a matter of survival and finding a way to escape the place. Once again, I was wrong. For the first half of this book I wasn’t really enjoying it.
The introduction of each major character also gives the spine and motive of that character. Other people who read this with me liked the narrating style of this book.
The characters in the novel are pretty good. Around the Year i As I said before, Everlost was extremely tame compared to my previous Shusterman experience.
Little lost dead kids are just
